I have experience with two. Aamcar Car Rental on the Upper West Side and Action Car Rental in the Village. Both companies are great. I use Aamcar for low priced cars and 15 passenger Vans. I use Action for Luxury cars, and so called “Exotic” cars, they even have a Hummer for rent. In New York City we have quite a few independent car rental companies.
